When you request an estimate, schedule service, or contact Saw & Cedar LLC, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, project details, photos, and preferred appointment times. We collect only what is needed to respond to your request and provide our services.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You will only receive text messages from Saw & Cedar LLC if you have explicitly opted in by checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our request forms, or by otherwise directly giving us permission. SMS consent is never assumed, never pre-checked, and is never required to submit a form, request an estimate, or receive our services.

If you opt in, messages relate only to your own inquiry or project: inquiry replies, estimates, appointments and scheduling, job updates, invoices and payment reminders, and related customer-service communications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, we do not purchase or use third-party lead lists, and we do not text anyone whose consent was obtained from a third party.
