2. Services and Estimates

Saw & Cedar LLC provides custom woodwork, home repairs, improvements, and related services in and around the Pocono Mountains. Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided through this site is an approximation based on the information supplied by the customer. Estimates are not binding contracts until confirmed in writing and, where required, signed by both parties.

3. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointment times are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by weather, material availability, or prior job conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice. Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly. Certain projects may be subject to statutory cancellation rights under Pennsylvania law, which are disclosed in the applicable contract documents.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Saw & Cedar LLC, a home repair and custom woodwork contractor in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. Customers receive text messages only after they explicitly opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Saw & Cedar request form (estimate, service, emergency, or contact) or by otherwise giving us direct permission. The consent box is separate from acceptance of these Terms, is never pre-checked, and is never required.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Deposits and payment terms are outlined in each signed contract or estimate. Unless otherwise stated, deposits comply with Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA) limits. Final payment is due upon completion unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and design—is the property of Saw & Cedar LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
