SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

Saw & Cedar LLC is a home repair and custom woodwork contractor. This is a customer-care (conversational) messaging program. We send text messages only to people who have directly contacted us and explicitly opted in, and only about their own inquiry or project. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How consent is obtained

Consent is given directly to Saw & Cedar LLC by the consumer. On our request forms (estimate, service, emergency, and contact), a standalone checkbox appears beneath the phone number field. It is never pre-checked, is separate from acceptance of any other agreement, and is never required to submit a form or receive service. The checkbox reads:

“Yes, I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Saw & Cedar LLC regarding my inquiry, estimates, appointments, scheduling, job updates, invoices/payment reminders, and related customer-service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

We never obtain consent from purchased lists, affiliates, third-party lead generators, or any source other than the consumer.

Program details

• Message types: replies to your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, job updates, invoices and payment reminders, and related customer-service messages about your own project.
• Message frequency varies based on your project status.
• Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP or call 610-718-6646.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of mobile data

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your own request and are processed solely by the messaging providers required to deliver those messages on our behalf.
